stress out of money

Are You Stressed About Money? Here’s how I can help.

Do you wake up in the middle of the night worried about money? If you’re like 72% of adults in the American Psychological Association’s Stress in America study, the answer is a resounding YES. Money is the cause of stress in families across the country. Want to know why? Because no one in any class at any grade level teaches us about real life money situations like:

  • How to create a budget that works for you
  • Paying for essential needs (housing, utilities, transportation)
  • What to do with money after we’ve paid our bills
  • Strategies for paying off debt
  • Why you need an emergency fund – and how to save one
  • Paying for unexpected expenses
  • Saving for retirement
  • Using credit cards wisely
  • Giving each of your dollars (and I mean every last one) a role in your budget
  • Setting attainable goals
  • Learning to love money

At Fiscal Fitness, we like to say we take the stress out of money and that’s not an exaggeration. Just ask our clients.

I feel less stressed due to having a better game plan. I’m more confident in my spending and saving and have less pressure. It brought clarity about the car, life expenses like groceries and how to save appropriately. Kelsa’s advice is worth its weight and she really lays the path out for you that you need to take to bite off one piece at a time. It was better than expected and we’re so glad we did it. – B & C after an introductory Eureka Session

What’s a Eureka Session?

A Eureka Session is the first appointment you have at Fiscal Fitness. During that meeting, we review your income and expenses and financial goals. I provide coaching and actionable tasks that will get you on the path to success. You’re at Point A but you want to be at Point B, I simply draw you the path to get there. And you might even learn to love money. I also offer coaching packages where we review your budget on an ongoing basis to keep you on track and make changes as they arise. Most people once they get to Point B, want to move on to Point C so continuous coaching ensures there’s always a clear path laid out in front of you.

Just the other day I had meetings with four different clients to discuss:

  • Ways to get (and stay) in control of spending
  • How much can be spent on a house
  • Getting out of debt
  • What to do after you’ve paid off debt and fully funded an emergency account
  • Talking about money with your spouse

Each client had a different starting point and they all had different goals, but my job is the same- show them what they need to do to get them there then hold them to it!

Budgeting is about progress, not perfection.

With the right tools and information, you can create a budget and a lifestyle that meets (and exceeds) your financial goals. The process isn’t easy but it’s worth it. You just need the tools and strategies to help you become a success.

If you’re ready to take the stress out of money, schedule your Eureka Session and let’s get started!
